Why the annual security video fails

Completion is not a control. Memory decays. The threat changes. A video from 2022 still talking about Nigerian princes is worse than nothing because it teaches the wrong pattern.
Replace it with short cycles and simulations. Keep the LMS if you must. Do not confuse it with defence.
