By using this website or creating a portal account you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The website
Content on this site is provided for information. It is not a security assessment, legal opinion or a commitment to provide services. Quotes and proposals issued after a conversation supersede anything published here.
Client portal
Portal accounts are issued to contracted clients. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend an account that appears compromised or used contrary to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of this site, interfere with its operation, or submit malicious or unlawful content. Automated scraping of authenticated areas is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ITSIGN Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for contracted services is governed by the relevant service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
