Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our services:

• Contact details you submit on quote, careers or newsletter forms
• Account details if you use the client portal
• Support tickets and messages you send through the portal
• Technical logs such as IP address, user agent and timestamps, used for security and abuse prevention

How we use it

We use personal information to reply to enquiries, evaluate job applications, deliver contracted services, send newsletters you have confirmed, and protect the site against abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Legal basis

For Canadian visitors we rely on implied or express consent and on our legitimate need to operate the business and secure our systems, consistent with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law.

Retention

Quote requests are kept while they are commercially relevant, then deleted or anonymised. Job applications are retained for the hiring cycle and a short period afterwards. Portal data is kept for the life of the client relationship. Security logs are retained only as long as needed for investigation.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.

Cookies

This site uses an httpOnly session cookie after you sign in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
