Who we are
ITSIGN Solutions started with a straightforward observation: most small and mid-sized businesses were being sold either cheap break-fix support that left them exposed, or enterprise security programmes they could neither afford nor operate.
We built the practice to sit between those two. Our clients get infrastructure that is properly maintained, security controls that stand up to an insurer’s questionnaire, and a team that answers when they call.
How we are different
We run cyber security and managed IT under one roof. That matters more than it sounds: when your backup fails during an incident, there is no argument about whose responsibility it was.
We also train. Every engagement includes transferring knowledge to your own people, because a client who understands their environment is a client we can actually help.
Where we work
We have offices at 18 King Street East, Suite 1400 in Toronto and at 525 West 8th Avenue in Vancouver. On-site work covers the Greater Toronto Area and Metro Vancouver; we support clients throughout Canada remotely.
